Straight up So true, that is why it is so fucked up. I think perhaps every global catastrophe could be the balance of Nature, telling us something. Maybe human activity cause the massive earthquake that killed .25 million people, or maybe it was Nature... either way- what was done?
But what about when we take the place of nature and create human catastrophes.. Clearly every disease and virus is because of humans, clearly every part of global pollution and destruction is attributed to human action... We have become nature, and we are evolved and evolving further at an exponential rate like never before.
What would be the natural end of the Earth as we know it?? Perhaps a collision with a planar body larger than earth itself at high speeds? If the sun died, life would clearly go on, on earth. Man would make fire, and fish until the lakes were deplete, since crops were no longer an option. All trees would be cut down and the planet would be barren of most wildlife.. I wonder if this would be long enough for the evolution of some sort of super night vision, food source for humans.
And what would the Human end of the earth be? The only clear , and not drawn out end of course is a nuclear war.. So what happens in this case?? Clearly in a nuclear war, EVERY place on earth will not be destroyed.. Islands everywhere and in remote parts missed by the bombs there would be human survivors.. But the effects of the fallout would be disasterous.. Probably killing even more.. And what then? it would be back to the beginning.. I would not be surprised if after anuclear war, we saw the Feudal age emerge again on earth... can't wait!

who said anything about apocalypse? Infact most of revelations is about the holy of holies, the 12 tribes, and many other fucked up visions of Paul(i think it was Paul?).. Although we do see the begining of the 'rapture' in the book. Rapture in my terms, a real event that will slowly change and eventualy wipe out the human race(on Earth as we know it, etc,etc)
