i know this is not contamination, but you say this water in the jars is normal... they probably only have about 3 days left till they are all colonized, so i'll let them be....

I have read in the Simple Cubensis Grow guide that if water collects it is ok to release the caps a little. In theory, more air will get in and take care of the water. However, I would think chance of contams would increase too. I myself am still on my first batch so I don't have hands on experience about water in jars. Hope they turn out ok!

maria, i am using filter discs so gas exchange is good. i'm not worried about contamination anymore, these discs are badass... i just took another look at my jars and i can honestly say that some of the jars are almost wet on the mycelium next to the jar...i have very good rhizo growth........... whats the deal with this????

I can't speak from experience as I am new to this game myself. But I have read a ton... if you've got rhizo growth and no discoloration you are good to go. I wouldn't worry about it.

the water droplets is like the mycelium's sweat its absolutely normal and has happened to me every time ive grown psilocybin cubensis. so dont sweat it :)
hey, you got to be genuine thats the name of this game. if you're real, then you aint got nothing to worry about, but if youre synthetic then starting tomorrow you're balls come off!

my jars are left sitting in water drops for the last day or two.. only worries me when the myc gets yellowish spots it is water damage.
think about it... how could a day or two of water drops e any worse than dunking? (a process i have never been a big fan of)
