does anyone know how much dried weight of b. caapi or psychotria viridis you would need to make an ayahuasca mixture with syrian rue as the MAOI? also, any suggestions as to which plant i should use would be helpful. thanx man

B.caapi is an MAOI, there would be no need for the syrian rue.

Check out www.erowid.org for information on the brew.

You do not need b.caapi and rue as both are MAOI's. Caapi is supposed to give a much smoother, deeper trip, but I've not personally tried this, so can't really say either way

For a starting dose I would use 3g rue (I think an ounce of caapi is about eqivalent), followed 45 minutes later by an ounce of p.viridis.
