I have a couple of questions. On my first real trip, I got practically no visuals. I ate anywhere from 5 to 7 grams (not sure exactly), dried, and I got nothing. During the first two hours I had intense spasms of laughter, I got lost in someone's bathroom, and felt like I melted into someone's bed. After that the trip turned into a mental hell (it was a really bad trip where I just thought about what a failure i was). Basically the last 2 or 3 hours I was fucked over mentally. The closest I ever came to
to any visuals was when I looked at the ground and I could see the tiny particles of dirt. But that was it. No hallucinations, distortions, trails, tracers... nothing. It was definitely an intense trip, hell I felt like killing myself at one point, but very weak visually.
Were the shrooms shitty, or what? Has anyone else ever had this problem?
Now I appreciated the mental trip, but I was hoping for maybe a little eye candy.
anyway, my next question. I'm about to acquire 10 g. Would this be enough for myself and three friends to trip on? They all want good visuals, and so do I... but judging from my last trip i doubt I would get anything more then a strong buzz from 2.5g. I dont know, any advise would be appreciated

When your last trip was such a mindfuck I don't know if you should take more. maybe try some different shrooms, an other species I mean.

I'm willing to give it another try. It wasn't anything I couldn't stomach again. Besides, I learned a lot of stuff I needed to improve about myself (such as how not to let drugs control my life). It helped more then it hurt. Anyway, there were heavens as well as hells.
Anybody else?

For trippy visuals, colourful patterns and tracers you need LSD. In my experience mushrooms give a mental trip like you described but acid is more visual.
Thats just my experience though.

Sounds like you got some week ass shrooms. 7 grams floored me I'm not in a hurry to take that much again.
4 grams should give you all the visuals you want.

I always felt shrooms were way less mental than acid. In fact most of my friends refuse to do acid because of this. As for visuals, the only time i ever saw music coming out of the speakers was on five grams of shrooms. Acid visuals are more well defined and pattern like in my experience. Everybodys different so who knows.

yeah just try getting from a different person who you would know have completely different shrooms.. just cause it was probably the strain.

It is my personal opinion that individuals react differently to 'shrooms, acid, and other drugs. For my first shroom trip, I ate a 1/16 and saw some COV's if I looked, and tons of OEV's such as tracers on balls and lasers (multiple tracers actually..like 3 for each object:D) and waving curtains in a wind-less room, but they weren't too intense (sorry 'bout the run-on;P). Acid gives me major mindfuck where I'm not sure if I'm the only one laughing or not, or what the hell is going on. It also gives me great eye-candy like patterns and melting objects. Typical stuff. However, one of my friends experiences absolutely no visuals. She gets great mindfuck and bounces around, but says she's only had one visual trip off of 10 hits. I don't know what to tell you other than that you may just not be a visual tripper. Hell, smoke some good herb and see if that works--I've never tried without it;). Btw, have any mental...discrepancies? I know, weird Q, but I'm trying to see if certain illnesses effect visuals. Peace,

on my first two acid trips i had no visuals!! it felt like i was really high and thats all. i have a theory that hallucinogens have to break down a physcilogical wall that tells yorself that the visuals arent real and once that wall has broken down enough you can start to hallucinate. im sorry that i had to scare you since you havent tripped much but that is how it goes.
hey, you got to be genuine thats the name of this game. if you're real, then you aint got nothing to worry about, but if youre synthetic then starting tomorrow you're balls come off!
