Odd Colors all at once?

Ok, I'm growing the South American strain of psilocybe cubensis . Everything is going fine and the jars are ~100% colonized. They have been fine for about two weeks. Now, all of a sudden, the jars have turned to a light pink / purple with black specks. Is this the mushrooms natural cycle or contamination? Normally i would think contamination, but it happend very quickly to all jars (within two days). I am going to take the jars out and put them in the terrarium in a few hours since they are 100%. Can contamination spread from jar to jar? Should I store my jars separately next time? Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. As of now, my idea is to put them in, let them grow, and start another batch while I see if these turn out OK or not. I really don't feel too confident about the current crop though... If it means anything I am using the PF tek guide with homemade brown rice flour and 1/2 quart Kerr Jars. Thanks for any help you may provide...

Did you eat mushrooms before looking at the jar?? If so that may have been the problem.
If not yes it sounds like contams if they are fully colonized why are they still in the jar?? let them breath.
