pink floyd B+?

which album are you talking about? id give darkside a B+ just because ive listened to it so goddam much, but ummagumma on acid would need a new letter, it cant be described

Beethoven is beyond rating. Floyd isn't. Iv'e tripped on all of them so I figgured an overall rating of a B+. A good grade, but still not beethoven or pork soda.

personally i love Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor...any organ music is absolutely amazing. The organ fugue in G Minor is pretty good, too.

We're all MADD here...

Listen to Bjork's "Homogenic" cd from beginning to end. It's so intense, almost like a story unraveling. And very beautiful at the same time. For a more euphoric, calm trip try her "Post" cd. "Hyper-Ballad", "All the Modern Things", "Isobel", and "Headphones" are all great, especially if a trip is getting a little too intense.

This post has inspired me to finally get some Bethoven and Bach to trip on.

Side note: I was reading "Heaven and Hell:LSD and the American Dream"(A+++ book) and he said that back in the day they would play classical while tripping, and Berlios created bad trips while Bach was the best for tripping.

How can any of you people listen to music when you're tripping? I hate music when I'm tripping. It gets me raging and I want to bash things until it stops. I hate when some other person's product invades me and degrades me and when I'm tripping, its just a natural reaction to stop it.

My head is hurting..

I'm in complete agreement with Kitten. Infected Mushroom is my ultimate trip "band." Usually in my CD changer are them, BT's "ESCM," Ibiza Euphoria mixed by Matt Darey, Xenomorph, and some random CD I've never listened to tripping before.
