liquid myc question.
    #3436677 - 12/02/04 11:57 AM (17 years, 7 days ago)

i injected a 100% colonized jar with sterile water. shook around and sucked it back up. the water was now cloudy with tiny white specks flaoting around in it. I used this to inoculate 4 new pints. Does this method work???
im sure i read it here. Just curious on how long i have to wait to see growth this way

Yea, I'm pretty sure that it was psychoslut who suggested this tek. I've only injected grains with liquid culture once, but I saw myc the very next day on 8/12 jars and myc on all of them in 2 days. It was NICE!

Perhaps this method might even be a little bit better? I read that liquid myc is just struggling to get by, but colonization in jars is good and strong. You should probably see the same results (very fast).
