how do one go about 'quitting' dreaming (www. "justdoit" .com :P),
regaining focus and/or whatever happens when you "come back from sleep", and/or how do you "come back from sleep"??

I try sometimes to go to sleep earlier or if I dont do that I just get right up and jump in the shower...or I think before I go to sleep about how something good is going to occur the next day. Hope this helps..

Gomp, avoid smoking marijuana before going to bed. It creates an over sleeping effect, even if you get a normal amount of sleep. If one sleeps for say 14 hours, almost always they'll wake up exhausted. Getting stoned also alters natural REM sleep I imagine.

Just do it.com. Cute Gomp, real cute. But not as cute as swallowing a flock of counterfiet angels comprised/composed of candy floss

Check this out Gomp read through the Depression Learning Path and it will explain a lot. Dreaming, depression and lack of sleep seem to go hand in hand. hope this helps.

Totally this is true! If you get even more than an hour of extra sleep it will make you feel bogged down for the rest of the day. Early waking and bike rides are key.

I was a late sleeper long before and i guess i wake up tired(who doesnt), unless i get a lot of sleep. Once i make it to the shower( i almost have to shower every morning or i dont feel like i started my day right) i am wide awake.
I dont really have trouble getting up in the morning, but i HAVE to set an alarm or ill just sleep.... Enter me into the sleep olympics or somthing, but ive slept long ass times for no real reason if nothing wakes me up. This happened before marijuana.
I can almost fall asleep on queue. Get me in a comfy place or laying down and i can sleep no problem.
