anyone else in love with half-life 2?

I d/led it a few days ago and wow I cannot believe how good it is...I didn't even dig the first one to be honest but this game has a level of interactivity that I have never seen in a game before...you actually use the in game physics to solve puzzles...instead of just triggering some cut scene or something...you can interact with almost any object in the game as well and the actual shooting part is dead on...probably the best game I've played since metroid prime(haven't played the 2nd yet)..what do you guys think?

thinking of buying it for future multi-player...right now all there is, is a beefed up version of counterstrike which I'm not really interested in...but I would like to play multi-player set in the half-life 2 world with the new weapons

EDIT: also should mention the absolutely incredible level design...you always have a sense of freedome yet are kept on the right path...also the first game that has genuinly creeped me out at times...*SPOILER* getting chased by the "combine" in the beginning of the game scared the hell outta me...theres also a very logical feeling about the game...the puzzles and what you have to do and where you have to go...it all makes sense so you never get that lost feeling you can get in some games

if you do upgrade make sure to get an ati card...they are whoopin nvidia cards for this game...but ati cards are superior in most games anyways...I was lucky to get the 9700 pro right when it came out...and since nvidia never really released an answer to it..video cards have not advanced all that much since that card..so I still can run most new games perfect and my pc is already at least a couple years old

ive been trying to steal CD keys from stores. plan hasn't hasn't worked out so far. i only have the game installed. it just needs to be activated. although I've tried out the new Vampire Bloodlines game which also uses the half life2 engine.... different...and not as interactable tho...

HL2 is a great game. I got it for free when I baught my 3000+ and K8n Neo2 Plat.

Funny thing is I just started playing single player tonite and it's been awhile since I got the game.

a few days ago i installed my legit copy of half life 2 again, smoked up, grabbed a beer and started playing. since, i have not played it sober once, but i am about 75% through it again. much love for this brilliant game.
