Extra Water in Substrate

While sterilizing my substrate, some water got into the jars. Is this bad? What do I do?

Since sterilizing your jars is an early step in a lengthy process I would recommend starting over. AFOAF uses extra heavy duty reynolds foil for "cooking and freezing" to cover the jars, wraps a rubber band around the foil and has never had a problem with the jars drying or taking in moisture.

Yes, the water that seeped in during sterilization can ruin everything. DMB420 is right on the money.
