1. even with the pump running i would still fan 3-4 times a day. Keep the lid closed so that no airborne contams make there home inside.

2. you can put it in a glass.

Search for Magash's Poor Mans Pod.

1. The air pump to the diffuser stones will provide enough air exchange. Run the hoses through and seal with silicone.
2. The airstone should be under the perlite/hydroton/laverocks.
3. Use h2o2 yes.
4. The h2o2 should work for this also, try replacing the perlite also.
5. Put some vaseline on the lid, should keep the condensation at bay.

If by local RH you mean RH in the setup you gotta get that RH up around 95% also.

1. The Mushroom Cultivator states that cubies need 1 to 3 fresh air exchanges per hour for pinning and cropping (page 199). I don't understand the rest of your question.

2. Any container that holds enough water to completely submerge the air stone should work.

3. Yes, adding peroxide to the resevoir is for contamination control.

4. What foul odors are you expecting? Keep the chamber clean and provide sufficient air exchange and you're good.

5. Unnecessary.
