Air pump for exchange?

I'm thinking about getting an air pump for some air exchange. What would be the best way to hook it up, i'm using rubbermain tubs. blow air in the top, suck air out of the bottom?

well i do mine at the top but let me say its not the best in the world. if i had to do it over again then i would put the hose in the bottom. i still fan every once in a while.

hmm maybe i could rig something up with 60mm computer fans. blow in on top suck out on the bottom. i'm also thinking about using a humidifier, anyone ever try that?

yes it has been tried many times. just do a search on computer fans

Just get a cool mist humidifier and run it for air exchange. Computer fans would work. Get a timer for them though or else you're going to deplete your humidity much too quickly.
