Ideally, I'd like to do something with my music. Actually being a rock star would probably be unrealistic, but I've thought about selling my songs.

currently Im an art student, with no aspirations involving the art world. As long as I get one crappy show before I die I'll be satisfied. I work in an environmental lab as an analyst. I'd like to write a book one day and get it published. I want to open a hostel in amsterdam with a couple of my friends in a few years too... we'll see how that goes though. Other than that I just want to see as much of this planet and its inhabitants as I can before I go bye bye.

I am going to school for biology with an emphasis on molecular biology/biochemistry. I want to save peoples lives that live with horrible diseases. I'd like to work in research and find a cure for cancer and aids. I want to do my part to heal this world of suffering!! :smile:

getting a phd in botany, want to study enthobotany (plant and human interaction) in the amazon among indegnious tribes. i currently work in the bio-chem dept. at my uni as a lab assistant. also thinking about teaching at a uni maybe when i get old as i want to travel a lot now. i'm going to galapagos in april  for research, next summer to costa rica for a fully immersed spanish course, and doing study abroad in nicaruaga for an enthobotany course this summer :stoned:

I want to do the same thing. Waiting for 2005 to begin so I can start the dreaded school loan application process. Going to get a bachelor's degree in Biology while minoring in anthropology. Then after that I want to get a masters in botany focusing of course on ethnobotany.

goodluck. i was going to get more broad degrees like you but i realized that it's way too much for me, taking a core bio and core botany class at the sametime will kick your ass! not to mention math and chem. anthropology (specfically cultural) is a great choice for what we plan to do and that was gonna be my minor as well but after taking the intro class i really couldn't get into it. i was told actually traveling would be better on a resume than a ant minor anyway so i chose that route. :stoned:

I graduated college in 2003 and am working full time as assistant designer in a screenprinting shop. Not exactly what I aspire to do forever, but its a start. :smile:

I work as an advisor at a wine/cigar merchants part-time (zero hour contract, just for the discount!)
For real I own a marketing/research company. Got two friends working along side me but I'm gonna be taking on my first employees soon! :smile: yay! (Owning any business was my life goal and I've done it already, only 20 years old :laugh:)
