a couple karo questions

hey so as you may know im still a complete noob with all this and it sucks cause i have no opinion on what im doing. My first attempt to grow these babies i used cambodian spores in quart jars pf tek style with perlite instead of verm. In fear that they would not survive the time it would take them to reach full colonization i decided to case what i had there. By this time i had no spores left cause i tried again and got green mold growing right next to the myc. ARH.
so im looking at my casing now which has knotted up and growth has stalled so im hopin i get sumthin from that soon too. Anyways i got some B+ and GT's the other day and ima make me some karo cause its the smart thing to do, but i got a couple questions. 1)i hear a lot about pcing the jars with karo in it for 15 min at 15PSI, as well as nukin it in the microwave for a minute then waitin 5 min and than another min.. Which way is safer?
2)do karo jars need to be stored in a fridge? if not how long will they last at room temp?
3) i have limited space so i can only make one karo jar at a time (for now) if you guys had to make the choice what strain would you use b+ or GT? im thinkin about gt

1) id think in the Pc would be way better but i havent tried karo yet
2) i hear they should be stored in the fridge and they will last for a while i heard a report somewhere of a person using 6 month old Karo and still getting growth it was just slower
3)depends all on what your looking for in a fruit
