Pressure Cooker

Is it ok to stack the colonization jars on top of eachother while they're in the pressure cooker? I really doubt it is, but I was just curious.

Yes it's okay. I always pressure cook my canning jars on top of each other with no problem.

Sometimes we live no particular way but our own.

Its fine.

If you read the side of the box the pressure cooker comes in, it will tell you how many 1/2 pint jars you can fit into a cooker. For them to all fit you must stack them on top of one another.

Go to www.MycoSupply.com and click on the "Pressrue Cooker" link on the top of the page and you'll see what I mean.

Yes but you should cook a little longer to make sure that the heat penitrates the substrate
