 legality question- please read

This post is probably in the wrong fourm- my apologies..
anyway, I am finally getting my own apartment July 1st, and I have been pondering growing since it's damn near impossible to find them where I live.
I live in canada, and I was wondering about the legality of ordering spore syringes over the internet. Would I have to order from canada, or could I consider ordering from the US?
My knoledge is a little foggy as to the legal status of spores in Canada. Would I have the cops knocking at my door if I ordered spores through the mail, or are the spores legal to obtain?
I'd really appreciate some advice..

I'm not 100% sure about the legality of spores in Canada--but I "THINK" they are legal--just a guess judging from all the Canadians here at The Shroomery.
One thing I do know --FOR SURE!! I LOVE your sister!

Frakus.. If anything happens, just tell'em I gave you permission. Or, you could order from a Canadian vendor like 3M or Sporelab..

Yo, I live in Canada also and spores are completely......LEGAL. I got mine at 3M to prove that they are legal my box was even searched by the fuckin' customs (don't know how that happened seeing that its also a canadian ventor). It will come in a white American Express box with the 12cc syringe tapped inside. I highly recommed 3M not only is it 12$ canadian but its quick. I sent mine on friday and got it thursday.

right on, thanks for the help. What is the web address for 3M?? I wasn't able to find it anywhere. Also, when you order a syringe, do the spores already come inside the syringe, or do you have to make a syringe yourself from a print?

Spore are legal.
Check out Canada's premier spore vendor, the SporeLab. Customs doesn't check our packages sent to Canadians. We send them from Canada so they don't go through customs. Funny thing, I've never had ANY customers any where in the world mention that their package looked like it had been opened!
