 Legallity Question

I just started seriously thinking about shrooming, and I've decided on growing my own, as it is safer. However, I live in Cali, where it is punishable to up to 1 year in jail or state prison for even having spores (one of two states where any mushroom paraphenalia is illegal). And as seeing I just turned 18 Wednesday, I don't want to go to prison right away. Will Spore Works send the Myco bag and spore syringe to my house? Will I get busted? Thanks for any info bros.

Maybe, most likely it will just get confiscated...
But that doesn't mean you can't always try... you probably should have tried to have it sent to another location, unless you don't plan to grow at your house.

Well legally SporeWorks can't sell you spores...don't think they will.
I'm sure you can buy myco bags from them though.
You might want to check with a certain Canadian Spore Vendor...for spores.
I know he sends to certain states to rename nameless.;)
Or you might find a few really nice peeps from the Shroomery that would sell you some.
I know we have members here from Cali.
