pan. tropicalis question

would it be possible to grow pan. tropicalis on dung first via liquid mycellium? heres what i did took some dung/straw/verm mixture pressure cooked it in a quart jar for about 1hr and 15min let cooled to room temp. then injected it w/ about 6cc`s of liquid mycellium of pan tropicalis then put it in my heating chamber temp is at 84 deg. what do you all think?

Sounds fine. They are pretty damn fast from start to finish, and if everything goes as planned, you saved yourself 3-7 days. Please post your sucess or failure for the rest of us to learn from.---I think you will suceed, they are as easy as Cubes to grow and WAY more potent.

I have place agar wedges in sterilized quarts of horse manure with great results for pan cyans. You just have to make sure your manure isn't too wet before sterilization. There should be no standing water at the bottom of the jar when finished.
