An M4? No, that is a three-round-burst configured military version. However, their are numerous versions that are similiar to that, minus the three round burst sear, that you can purchase.

An excellent firearm. For those of you with military experience, or a Class III, you'll notice it's got a different stockweld position than the M-16A2's or even the M4's. however, it's l33t and totally radical! Pimp it with a trijicon ACOG and you are set. 30 rounders are legal too. I don't live in VA, but I'm sure they have respectable gun laws. Background check, probably. I don't think that they have a waiting period, but very few gun shops will carry this firearm on stock anyway.

colt makes good assault rifles, FN-FAL's are nice.

well i did say M4 TYPE rifle... i was checking out the Bushmaster website and noticed that you need A Federal Firearms License to buy... i though that was a dealer licence or somthing...does that mean you have to go to a deal to bug or what

that's a dealer thing. gun sales must go through federally-licensed dealers. you would need a federal license to buy firearms directly from bushmaster. you can buy an M-4 type rifle at a federally licensed firearms shop.
