I have a 'heap' of WWII books on my floor right now, 'WWII Aircraft' (vols. I, II & III), 'Encyclopedia of German Tanks of WWII,' 'British & American Tanks of WWII,' 'U.S. Submarines in World War II' and 'Island Hopping in the Pacific' - nothing detailing it in that pile either. 'Detailing' wasn't necessary for the Swiss to be aware of his intentions, simply reading or hearing his speeches and being aware of maps of the Third Reich were all that were needed.

No problem prosgeo, I was just curious if any of this info was in any history book except the one by the NRA lawyer. I'll keep an eye out for it in future.
