Optimal drying method

First ten veils ruptured which means i'm about to pick my first crop ever! I will probably have to dry these shrooms so please recommend a drying method you consider the best one for you and why. Thanks.

This food dehydrator works. The drying time is sort of dependent on how much fruit you put in it. Drying one tray may take 5 hours; if you fill all four, it may take 12-13 hours. Desiccant doesn't seem necessary when they're done. Use on lowest heat setting.
