Is it ok to inject the centre of jars?

Isnt this dangerous?? If contamination occures, it wont be visible will it? Ryches recomends doing so, but i havent heard of anyone actually doing this...do u people inject the centre of your jars for extra-fast colonizations?Is it safe?

i took his advice and did it last time ... and used about double the amount reccomended for pf and my pint size jars are almost done at 15 or 16 days
