Tasted really good, but have to say these casings are not made by me! They are bought!
I have made 5 casings myself now. I had made 7 jars but 2 were contaminated (yeast?, alcohol smell).
So next time some pics from self made, this thread only bought casings!

That's what I wanted to see, they look really good, good job! Now i know you said that you had to wait for pics to come back, so I assume you have already tried them, right? If so, how were they?

Another casing:
These Ecuadors were very tastefull! Now have made 3 ecuador casings and 2 PF classic casings. Expect the casings to fruit next week, so new shrooms within 2-3 weeks. New pics will be made!!!

Okay, the boxes were made like this:
175 grams of rye and 200 ml water, pc'ed 1 hour, shaken while hot, innoculated with mycelium in water. Cased with 50/50+ in one liter rectangular disposable boxes.
Used vermiculite as isolation material fine grade, grey AZ lime is used to adjust the pH!

this is off topic...but I cant find any other info about pics. How did you get these pics in your post? BTW...nice EQs...should have mine in a week or so...grown on rye/wheat cased with coco fiber.

Great looking flushes... ecuadors are always such beautiful cubs.
Wearing gloves is smart move. I have a friend who works in the intelligence business for our government.
He claims the FBI can zoom in on real clear pictures if they are of good enough quality and get fingerprints from a picture. Im not sure how true that is but it certainly does not hurt to play it safe and cover your finger prints.

It is a plastic box (normally used to store stuff) where 5 1 pint boxes fit in just right. Covered with plastic foil with little holes pierced in it with a toothpick. It is a really simple setup, we pour a little water on the bottem wich can evaporate for the right humidity, no fanning, just put the foil off and on once a day, water (with a plantsprinkler) once a day!
The gloves were actually worn for the sporeprint making. This is done with gloves on rubbed in alcohol, a flowhood made by someone I know, on white memo paper desinfected with alcohol dried under the flowhood!
So actually not for no recognition of fingerprints, as I do live in the Netherlands I wouldn't think our police is doing such things, it's permitted to grow them for own consumption, and that is the reason I grow em, to eat it all with my friends. Like when doing a 10 gram dose every month one must have a large supplie!
