How can I get to sleep?

I need to get up early tommorow because I am going to a headshop with some friends and they get up REALLY early. So lately I've been falling asleep at like 4-6 AM, So whats a good way to fall asleep?

I have no bud  :frown:  and no sleeping pillllllzllzlzlzlzllz

so whats a good way?
