Calculus II final today, and NO SLEEP!!!

I took 7 Valerian Root capsules, and 12mg of Melatonin and i STILL COULDN"T FALL ASLEEP!!! And of all nights, it has to be the one before I have a computer programming final, and a calculus final within hours of each other in the early morn...

ouch, thats rough.

You know, I found with Velarin root, that after using them for too long - they have no effect.

And, when they did work, there seemed to be about a 30min window and if I wasnt asleep by then, I'd be awake all night.
