Can't fall asleep

Ive been struggling for 2 1/2 hours to fall asleep and it doesnt seem to be happening, maybe its from the ultracet's I ingested 6 1/2 hours ago....

I've already taken 6mg of melatonin and sleep doesn't look like its happening, this is so horrible

Every couple of months I will go through a two week period where I just cannot sleep for shit. Then aftert he two weeks, I sleep an abnormally long amount of time every day to catch up I guess. Then I will have a normal sleep schedule for a month or two. Then it all repeats itself.

we've all been there, dude... i went through one of those no sleep episodes 2 weeks ago..
watching shrek always seems to help though... that donkey makes me lull away every time hehehe

Going through it now... got about 3.5 hours last night. only after exhausting myself. my eye's twitching guys, like wtf?! melatonin worked for me but that was like 4-5 months ago... i was fine until tuesday. meditation is only frustrating as hell... sad to say but true =/

Sometimes i wish not to fall asleep because i want to spend some time thinking about the world around me, what happened to me today or what will i do in the future, unfotunately i mostly fall asleep then ...
But when i can't fall asleep then it is totaly different, i just dont have any inspiration to think about anything ...

I know i didnt help you much with my post, but i just wanted share...
