Well, its a little early but here is the harvest pic. This a gigantic pile of shrooms, I put a quarter in there for comparison, but it just doesn't do!
Hope you all enjoy...!

my god. I am so jealous. I'm still stuck with these pathetic little PF Classics on cakes. I'm gonna get myself one of those kits. Props to you HolyDiver, and props to RYCHE!!!!!

kundun6,
Don't be ashamed of your PF cakes! Most of us got our start from PF style cakes, and from time to time I still run a couple cake batches, just to get some variety. Cakes are fun.
Firstaid,
Ryche Hawk recommends leaving the sides clear so that light can get in. In my case, 98% of the shrooms you see in these pictures came from the sides only! If it were taped up, this flush may have been pathetic considering I dried out the cropping surface.

HD nice job! How did you harvest the ones way down the side? Just dump out the whole 'block' and pick them off?

w3rmf3wd,
Thats exactly what I did. The pins that never made it to the surface are very thick "invitro" shrooms I guess you could say.
Alien, welcome back! DB kit is a compost kit offered by www.thehawkseye.com.

Alien! Glad to see you're back! I really liked your site before you shut it down because of that shit that happened. nuff said bout that...

The DB (Dung Brothers) Kit is Ryches new venture. It's a kit consisting of pre-sterilized grain bags and composted dung. It's described in detail at his site. Pricey but effective.

Hey Holy, Is that the 10 lb, or 15 lb kit? And is it worth the money?

This question is for anyone who has order the DB kit. DO they ship it discretely, or does it come clearly marked what it is and who it's from? Im still living with my father, and I don't want him finding out what I'm ordering. Spores were no problem because they came in the box. So, is it safe to order it and send it to my house, or should i get a P.O. Box?

I'd like some info on those kits too. I take it that I you don't sell these on the spore works site?

Thanks.

Popo, no these are sold exclusivly through thehawkseye.com http://www.thehawkseye.com
Here is the direct link to THE DB KIT http://www.thehawkseye.com/dbkits/dbkits.html

Kind of confusing with Holy Diver having a link to Sporeworks on his sig, but Sporeworks is an excellent source for spores as well.

Thanks everyone,
I definitely recommend this kit, pretty amazing (obviously).
Ryche, I did let them get quite larger on first flush, its just a personal preference I guess. I'm still getting around 2 ounces dried per flush! Can't wait to try another strain with this kit, I smell another project coming on.
