With the oven turned to only 100 - 150, oven door open and fan placed only inches away and blowing full hurricane force directly on them, actual temps mushrooms are subjected to is much less. It is not enough to affect potency, but it is enough to dry them quickly when combined with the strong air movement.

You're so full of shit you have mushrooms growing out your ears.

Turn your oven on. Open the door. Feel that heat? Thats hot air escaping. With the fan blowing it gets blown out even faster.

Perhaps I'll put a thermometer on top of the shrooms and find out the exact temp they are being subjected to. Whatever it is, it is only WARM air and NOT hot enough to degrading ANYTHING. Combined with MOVING AIR, it is contributing to a FAST, SAFE drying method.

You better watch it ralph, I can be a troll to.
