Due to the amount of nutrients contamination will occur much faster when doing the proces not entirely sterile. So I suppose the research was done at a lab!
I don't think it is possible for us to achieve the higher psylocibin and psylocin levels with the equippment we have.
I tried adding nutrients to my rye:
Yeast extract
Malt extract
Yeast nutrient broth
Glucose
Fructose
Haven't seen colonisation so far, no contams either. I think you'd better make some more cakes or casings in the time you'd spent getting extra nutrients or making it all super sterile.

exactly. Which would make mycelium as potent (+-) as fruits. For the first time, eating mycelium, mycelial extractions, and drinking of colonized liquid cultures would be viable alternatives to fruiting.

Anybody else smarter in chem than me? Smart enough to give slightly detailed outlines for where to get (or easily make) the chems needed? They could be added to a variety ranging from traditional subs to liquid innocs. I can't experiment any more, but i know some people who would be interested and willing to try..........

PM me with any cultivation questions.

I just looked at my profile and realized I had a website at one point in time on geocities, it's not there anymore and I have no idea what I had on it. Anybody remember my website from several years aga? PM if so please.
