I reviewed your posts in this thread and I'm not really sure what the problem is.  We have mods, they try to do the right thing, when they have time to respond.  Sometimes we make mistakes.  If they (or other mods/admins) are made aware of the mistake and we can correct it, we try to do that.

Primarily at the moment im kinda pissed at veggie for victim blaming reality glitch, but more broadly it seems like similar social issues just get dropped by staff instead of taken with true consideration.

"If you have problems contact staff" falls on deaf ears when staff's response to problems are "its your fault for going in there"

Frankly, when it comes to OTD, it is your fault for going in there.  Like, how much clearer can we be about it?  Just read the forum description:

Quote:
By entering this forum, you certify that you understand the content inside the forum is not representative of how we expect our community members to behave in any of our on-topic forums. You further accept that you may be offended, and ensure that any such offensive behavior you may engage in, remain strictly relegated to this forum and that you will post respectfully and in accordance with the individual forum rules anywhere else on this website.

I don't know how many of you remember rotten.com -- but I liken it to that.  Sometimes curiosity gets the best of me and I check it out, but I always regret it.  And who do I have to blame?  Legit, just myself. :tongue2:

Now, if there is genuine harassment/hostility that has carried over to context outside of OTD, then please inform me so I can try to take care of it.

This thread was moved from Cultivation Confessional.

Reason:
Upon reconsideration, I'm gonna leave this historical relic in WA&F.  No need to sully up the new forum with old drama.

I get it, but its not a good look for staff is all.

I get otd is a neccesary pressure relief valve, but its a big part of the reason a lot of us dont spend time outside of mush cult.

Im a big fan of this solution.

My problem is more the "how dare you bring that up to me in here" attitude.

Like really?  You fucking asked. Its like asking a woman why she's nervous around men then getting upset when they tell you their trauma

Idk. It was a valid response to the question and maybe veggie had already pissed me off by blatantly misrepresenting everyone's opinion prior.

I apologize for maybe overblowing things. But i stand by my statements.
