I want to change my avatar to a picture of my cat.  Thing is is my current avatar was my soul dog who passed in 2020.  Sometimes I think my kitty is him reincarnated.  She too is a soul animal, we basically talk.  The best kitty, multi keety.

Thanks. I think I will be uncomfortable with a kid and without a kid.

Oh yah, raising a wild animal to be a decent human being isn’t the path of comfort . Wouldn’t trade my experience for any other though - my kid is the shiznit, even if she can be a little punk sometimes.

Lean in to whatever you do. From all my experiences with ya - I think you’d make a great mom.

My oldest turn 18 just now, and I ruined a terrible marriage with alcohol. No regrets.

I forget if this thread got any traction but let me give another off my chest:

Last year on acid I put multiple chewed pieces of gum up my vagina.
I was absolutely blasted and having a bad time...

...but fuck that's funny now. It fucked my IUD up lol

No I had to pull them out.
It was a fucking bad night honestly. I'd been to a venue where I had developed PTSD from a previous event. It was cooked.

I once had a schizophrenic episode at a Phish concert that the audience was going to kill me and they were going to broadcast my murder online.

Yeah I had a trip where I thought I was gonna start shooting at the crowd. (With what gun I don't know). The poor girls I was hanging with were both tripping too and when I said "I think I'm gonna shoot" they thought I had a gun.

Yeah it was, I stayed calm though. My mind on the other hand was freaking out big time.

I usually stay calm when I have delusional thoughts even though my mind is freaking out, because I'm just sane enough to know if I say anything I'll sound crazy, in my situation the best thing is to tell doctors, because keeping that shit to myself caused me to attempt suicide in 2012, when I could have been talked down but no one knew anything was even wrong because I acted normal for the most part

I haven't seen proof of life from my landlord since September 10th. He left the country on vacation and hasn't been around since or responding to my texts, he hasn't picked up the rent check for this month. He hasn't been around the property, and normally I see him a couple times a month working on shit because it's an old triplex. It's really really starting to stress me out a bit.

I am already stressed and struggling with anxiety and stuff right now a bit, so the idea of trying to knock on the neighbor's door and ask a simple question (have you heard from our landlord??) feels so much harder than it actually is, and I feel a little dysfunctional tbh. I'm also a little afraid of if they say that they haven't heard from him either, because I have no idea where to go from there - like what happens when the water gets turned off?? What if he defaults on the mortgage? Should I be planning to move if this is a worst case scenario thing? He's super nice and usually really responsive, and I also genuinely hope nothing bad happened to him.

It's just very unlike him, but I also don't really know anything about him other than he has family here and lives in the neighboring town with them. He's also Chinese and while I have literally zero reason to believe that he is here illegally, I am worried he faced issues trying to re-enter the country. It's just a super weird situation and I'm not really sure how to navigate it, something feels really really off about it. I don't really know anyone in the town I live in rn (but do have family nearby) and I just feel a little lost right now.

At the same time, I tend to catastrophize, so I'm caught up in this cycle of getting into these 'what if' scenarios and then chastising myself for being overly dramatic when there is probably some kind of perfectly reasonable explanation for this all......right?😅
