The youth are "roiting" protests because they want free rent and cheaper college cost.
Worst part is the lack of mainstream American media coverage of this. Instead of trump bashing. There is other places that effective of our actions in America.

I'm convinced protesters & rioters are just miserable angry people who want to blow off steam.

None of them really believe their slogans & chants are going to change anything.

honestly it's smart to actually get that pissed about cost of life being atrocious as it is.

But also there were peaceful demonstrators that didn't riot or burn anything

The biggest mistake was having roads and infrastructure.  You'd have no need for taxes, socialized systems or education for that matter; because there would be no real society to maintain or argue about.

I mean, many would have a superficial, lacking, or completely incorrect perspective on there situation... but, a modern society should function.  Socialized systems absolutely can work.  I don't know the complexities of the issues; but, indicators like %230 increase in rent, sounds like a capitalist issue, rather than a socialist one.

So freezing eviction is equal to free rent. Its risen about the same price in the united states over same time period. But pay check as increased as well.

Avg 2016 paycheck $832 per week. 2026 avg paycheck $1,251 per week. The inflation to pay ratio is still lower then it was in the 1970s through 1992. At any 10 year gap you want.

and the above bolded is exactly what it is, private owners raise rents to astronomical levels leaving renters either broke or homeless.
more control needs to be put in place to stop the above
