Success! I think this is one of the most useful things I've read on here lately, so tnx beef for posting it.

This gave life to a lazy ape clone which had mediocre first flushes and almost non existent or just poor second ones. I knew the clone was leaving a lot on the table so was looking how to improve upon the second flush and this tek solved it.

It usually takes about a week to a week and a half just to see pins on the second flush, but with this tek the pins were poking through the coir on the freakin second day. And harvest was a week after punishment, or maybe was it even 6 days, idk, I didn't count.

After punishing I added some cv I had laying around. Was on the dryer side. Harvesting the fruits reminded me of going to the forest and picking up mushrooms as the coir wasn't really colonized. There was like a mist of mycelium, really reminiscent of outdoor mush. Harvesting was a bit of a dirtier business as I would like, but who cares, I've finally got a way to improve this clone.

After using the shower nozzle I can't really imagine doing it with a brush or something.

What would you do for the second flush? Just leave it? I'm thinking just giving it a strong mist ...

Edit: second flush was app 65% of the first flush weight.
