I've found Oyster to be a very close analog to cubensis, ant least as far as colonization on grain (or at least popcorn) and fruiting on straw.

I'm going to try fruiting Pl. djamor on cracked corn soon.

Gotta stay in practice

I fruited it in a greenhouse, a very humid one.

I also dunked it for about 8 hours before fruiting. Visions baskets seem to take dunking very well.

Chicken Wire may rust - if that is a concern, try getting some clothesline like you would hang clothes on outside - i believe they have some plastic or plastic coated ones that would work. Although obviously not as effective as chicken wire would be, you would still be able to wrap it around and effectively make a harness-type device out if (assuming that's what you were going to do with the chicken wire)

If youre worried about rust use POLY NETTING its much like chicken wire only its more flexable, almost as strong, and won't rip your inncubating bag.It also comes in a tube form that would give it the ability to be hung not to mention easy to fill.
