Anyone else get anxious sitting at home on a nice day? * 1

Whenever it gets warm if I spend time indoors I feel guilty about not being out in the sun the whole time. It happens at work too.

My legs are sore after gym yesterday so I'm spending the afternoon at home after seeing my mum and nan. There's good reason I'm at home but I still feel bad.

Am I just weird?

No, I always think about being outside in this awesome state of Hawaii but I can't spend every moment outside I'll get skin cancer.

Yeah that's a good point. Hell even it'll be 40degree outside and I'll guilt myself about it. Maybe I need to be honest and say it's okay to do shit all.

i love being home relaxing, stretching, making art or music, enjoying my coffee or tea, my weed and shrooms😁

My mind is a high output factory that produces never-ending reasons to feel guilty. 

BTW I have been pondering the nature of malaise -

A general vague feeling of discomfort, illness, or unease where you do not feel well, but cannot point to a specific cause or exact symptom.

I used to feel the waste when I was a child and late teenage years. As I've aged ive learned none it matters you work when you work and weather is just a time constraint. If you have to havest your garden then you got to havest it even if its 20f or 70f and sunny. Same with work, you got to sleep in a beautiful day for your night shift then so be it.
