I just had tuna with mayo, mustard, harvati and pickels, and then I had some pork roast sliced sandwich meat thin with Tuscan herb olive oil

Super delayed update but I keep forgetting to take pics when I eat the leftovers. Only a few people had tacos the night of the party so we were effectively left with 2 whole shoulders. I decided to do a burrito tonight and I didn't even put anything on it cause I was lazy. It was still absolutely delicious.

My roommates leave for a few days tomorrow so I'm gonna pull apart the final shoulder and see how much of it I can eat before they get back. I offered my boss some cash since he barely sold any tacos at the party and he refused so I'm just kinda being spoiled at this point.

is that from those smoked shoulders you posted? mind if i ask what wood?

i did a butt on the smoker for 4hrs over hickory and cherry wood.

then tossed in the slow cooker for 8hrs.

they good

He used cherry wood and some kind of brown sugar based rub. He’s also started using trays to catch the fat drippings and I guess he added some chicken stock to it and then reincorporated it immediately after pulling each shoulder. I made a fat batch of popcorn with some of that left over fat so that was a delicious bonus too. It’s like savory kettle corn it’s unreal
