Jerked 'em wangs with a Walkerswood sauce that was quite legit. Started off with the MILD iteration, which definitely wasn't mild, perfect heat to my taste... which kinda makes me feel a bit tenuous about the HOT jar I have on deck!

Then this thing happened...

Made sesame-chicken for the first time today, and it was superb!
Chickenbreast marinated in chili paste, then roasted with soja-lime-honey sauce, sesame spread ontop afterwards. Vegetables (carrot, cucumber, paprika and mushrooms) cooked in sesame-oil and lime juice. All flavoured with salt, pepper, sugar and garlic. Served with noodles.

Turkeybreast.. stewed in cream-garlic sauce, with roasted bacon, onions, fresh garlic, mushrooms, paprika, tomatoes and fresh parlsey.
And a small bowl of a lettuce-mix with mozarella cheese and onions.
And some beer.
Enjoyed on the balcony.

Roasted radicchio, interesting! I assume they finish faster than the carrots? Unless you cut the carrots super thin and left the radicchio in thicker chunks?
Realroll, nice lookin' fish dishes... I love me some fruit salsa with my fishies. One of our family staples is a citrus (microplane the orange skin) honey/soy glazed salmon baked and served alongside a mango/orange/cilantro/green-onion salted salsa. Some sort of steamed veggie or salad or sometimes even cous cous rounds the plate out.
Here we have chili cheese tamale with some home made pico de gallo for the kiddo...

And for me, a chirachi bowl and EPIC spam musubi with avocado and krab mix.

Baked arctic char with truffle seasoning. Salmon sushi with a hit of home made prik nam pla under the hood, brushed with tamari and sprinkled with furikake rice seasoning up top. 4 hour salted cucumber with garlic, chili oil and seasoned rice vinegar (like the ones you cop at Din Tai Fung). Fresh peas from the farmer's market this mornin'.
