Well fellas, summer is winding down here finally.... I'll be getting my plants ready to put into flower soon, been eagerly waiting for temps to get back below 90°F... it takes way too much to try to keep my room cool in 100+°F weather... been building up my collection of female ball pythons, within the next 2yrs or so I plan to start breeding them..my mentor told me he made $20k off one clutch last year alone

If you are using HPS, it will definitely be too difficult without Co2, I normally don't grow in the Summer (enjoy the fruits of labor), but I can with HLG leds if I feel like it or not.  I was going to fem these GDPs, but decided against it, so more flower and shake for the bubble pile.

I only run hlg lights... it's been way too hot to keep my room at a managable temp, kinda glad I shut shit down before it got hot...

I’m with you man.  I popped seeds a few weeks ago trying to catch the temperature sweet spot coming up.  A little ac the first weeks they sprouted and maybe a little heat the last week and a half of flowering.

The sts I made has worked again. I made it like 4 weeks ago so I wasnt sure if it would still be potent enough....but it was 🔥

Those look like good plants you’ve got there

Do you do any topping? Aside from the soil amendments I’ve found that increases my overall yield the most (as well as starting seeds early); every growth tip that gets plucked produces 2 more. If you can stay on top of it and do that ~6x (as I’ve done this season) it gives ~60+ colas, 7x and its ~120+ colas like in those photos.

Late bloomer finally flowering and looking frosty



It’s starting to get chilly and raining more so gave one of them the chop this weekend. Everything else is still bulking up; I’ll probably pull one or two more next weekend.

When using humic acid, do I want to adjust the solution pH after I mix it with water or do I pH my water to 6.5 and let the humic acid do what it does. I don't want to neutralize the effects of the acid but I don't want to throw off the soil pH either.

I believe it is usually humic/fulvic last, not sure it affects the pH that much.

I know on the liquid level, I have tested just to see, no need to PH water for soil grows unless it's crazy low or something, but EJ humic had or has no effect and didn't change the PH at all.  I'm not sure on the dry side, but probably similar readings.

These are Fastbuds Bubblegum and Fastberry autos.

I'm using a Spider farmer SE3000 light at 26% to get 298-306ppm at the plant but I will probably bump this to 375ppm tomorrow. This was the biggest light I could get in my tent with the best um/j I could find. 
18/6 cycle.
3 gallon fabric pots on Ac infinity self water bases.
Going with self mixed super soil (cooked for 1 year) and homemade compost which has reused soil in it and lots of used mushroom substrate.
I added more perlite to lighten the mix a little more for better drainage and airation since it was really dense.
No circulation fan yet. I'm just using the lowest setting on my 6 inch exhaust and letting it pull through the tent past the pots. I'll add the circulation fans in a few days so it's less stress on the seedlings for now.
DAY 5 from sprout(today).
Watered today with organic humic acid @ 1/3 recommended strength and I don't think I'm going to add it again to this grow. Water/organic humic acid mix pH was at 7.6 so I dropped it to 6.4 and it had a total of 160ppm. Half gallon the solution went to each pot. I'm hoping I don't have to add nutrients for the entirety of the grow but I shall see.
Tent environment is at 76f with a 80% humidity. I'll let the soil dry almost completely before watering again. To allow more oxygen to get to the roots. 
This is the most I have ever filled a pot with soil too. I filled and shook it to settle it better then kept repeating until it was up to the training holes. I packed way more then I thought I would but it's still loose enough if I push on the side it flexes and gives way. I guess I'll see if my lack of filling them before was good or bad, if this time I did something wrong. I added mycorrhizal fungi to the soil at different levels and where the seeds were sewn.
Forgive the speedrun card labels but I realized I didn't have any other ones left when I planted the seeds so, I used them.

I ordered up some photo seeds off a seed vendor closing it's American shop. I just couldn't pass up 75% off some old school stuff like Thai, Hindu kush, panama red, Columbian gold, etc...

I wanted to ask if anyone grew their stuff before but can't mention their name.

If you want real old school genetics, there are a lot of people on OG reproducing the good oldies 👍 (Hell, I even managed to snag some Hindu kush from a members fathers stash from the 70s from there 🔥)

No. If you ca't get a good filter then I highly suggest growing a strain that doesnt smell like weed at all.

For example, the gmo x oz kush bx2 I grew smelled JUST LIKE high end Salisbury steak being cooked. With the gravy and everything 🤯


Edit: I gave my irl friend a vaporwave seed and it turned out smelling just like a freshly baked grape pie with the pie crust and everything...

I didn't grow it but I scored two ounces of nice Canadian outdoor recently for cheap. I've had three varieties from this grower. This one is very smooth and gets you baked. Tastes like Kung Pao chicken.
