I find that flush pinning in a wave from one end of the bathtub to the other super interesting.

I don't know if you only have one bathtub, but if you do, it's definitely not the best idea... :oogle:

The biggest two things I solidified in my mind with the tub grow was the importance of level substrate and heat production of huge substrates. The metal tub fortunately acted as a heat sink which helped prevent blooms. But the uneven sub due to the slope of the tub cause the shallow end to pin sooner. I suspect because there was simply less media to digest so quicker to consolidate. If I was to do it over I would have built up the bottom with weight plates and a sheet of tin or something to level it.

I've always had a dream of hollowing out a car I'd get from a junkyard, cleaning the fuck outta it, and turning the whole thing into one fuck-off big grow.  I could have it fruit out the windows for added hilarity.

Now, I just need an arseload of cash...

This cannot be overstated. The other thing is there is a lot of diminishing returns once you get over a total sub volume. Really the whole point of this grow was just a demonstration of how clean my spawn was.

Oh yeah, no doubt.  It's somethin I'd only do if I had a looooot of money I'd be willin to basically gamble.  It's the kinda bullshit I'd do if I were rich instead of buying giant boats like a loser.
