partial harvest or all at once?

I have a shoebox flush with a very nice pin set, but the rates of growth are uneven. Some veils are breaking now and some fruits are still quite small.

I looked for the answer but the posts I found were very old, so looking for updated answers. Should I harvest the whole flush at once or snag the fruits as the mature until its cleared out?

No need to pick them all at once unless they're all ready at once, which is not common.
