Universal healthcare doesnt take away their choice to buy private healthcare. And out of pocket costs often make the insurance they have redundant anyway.

He mellowed out as he aged , he knew that no one wins elections while saying that.  Be he also know having state run industrys is the only way socialism or communism works.

What I find most funny is that it is trump that is taking government ownership of private businesses.  All the while having his sickofants yelling communist at the other side.  What trump is doing is way out of line of other presidents though truman tried during the war with steel and got struck down.

Landlords who cant evicted tenants who dont pay rent,  still have to pay taxes on the property, still have to pay for water and electric or be cut off from all there propertys, have to pay for repair tenants break themselves.  If you were a landlord you know your screwed to not break even most years.

It’s called running a business and it carries risks. Of course own real estate is one of the lowest risks investments. This is why nobody feels bad for landlords or property owners.
