I was talking to a long time friend last night and the topic of kink came up, as it does. Standard level of innuendos, and mild flirting. Everything as usual.
She revealed to me that she's had the hots for me for years, so naturally, I felt comfortable sharing that I similarly have always found her attractive. She was surprised by this and couldn't believe that I've always thought she was extremely attractive.

Long story short,  flurries of pictures and videos were shared and some other stuff before we realized that we're both fucking idiots and it might not be the smartest thing for our ADHD asses to just be continuously mashing the dopamine button.

It is very odd learning out of the blue that your hot friend has an eerily matching set of kinks and has always been attracted to you. It's not a viable thing, but she'd apparently like to play more soon. Really interesting day for me and I'm sharing it here because I can't tell literally anyone else and I've got to talk about it

I read an article arguing that dissociative identity disorder isn't real. People who have it change the symptoms based on what their culture says multiple identities 'should' be like. It argues it's a type of play-acting, maybe a sign of other mental issues but not a genuine psychological diagnosis.

This isn't the same article but goes into the 'debate' over if it's a genuine thing or not.

Yes I quit snus, it was easier then cigarettes and Vape but I still had cravings for months after I tried to replace with stuff, I was chewing regular gum like juicy fruit but I went through so much so fast it was kinda expensive, I tried chewing on Ceylon Cinnamon sticks (gave me an ulcer that didn't heal until I started carnivore, I was getting killer heartburn at night and I'd eat spoonfuls of baking soda) I finally gave up and didn't try to replace the craving, and it eventually went away, I still get the odd craving a few times a month for some sort of instant dopamine, but its not bad, its been less then a year, but I feel like it will never go away completely, I consumed nicotine in some form from 14 to 37
