Nope nope nope. You obviously can see the potential for fraud, dude. Just accept that you don't have any evidence to refute that. It shouldn't be hard to do the math and figure there's virtually nothing stopping someone, and no way to definitively know who is abusing the loopholes or how much.

If you're so confident that there's no dishonesty or fraud happening, then it shouldn't be a big deal to add photo ID checks. It should be worth it if only to disarm the right's very credible claims that fraud could be happening.

At two minutes a graph is shown, depicting % share of votes between LA mayor candidates in their recent primary. This is post election, tracking the mail-in ballots that apparently took seven days to count.

The video cites studies that say mail-in voting isn't actually preferred by one political party, even though it seems to benefit democrats. But in this case, a large number of last minute voters were democrat. The stranger part is the last minute mail-in dem votes were specifically mostly for the trailing dem candidate that found 40k votes to knock out the republican.

As far as I can tell provisional ballots get put in special envelopes until the signature can be matched to the one on the registration. They get counted after.


This is true. In fact, I recall recieving something in the mail, telling me my signature didnt match up to my reg sig, and that my ballot hadn't been counted, I believe with a means of resolving the situation... but that was some years ago. The memory is haizy...

Look, this is the meme thread so I really shouldn't have even followed up but it was just a clarifying question.  For several posts you've seemed pretty upset that homeless people with no address can vote so it seemed reasonable to infer that you don't think homeless people should be able to vote. Nevertheless, I didn't want to assume anything so I just asked you directly.

I did notice that you didn't give a direct answer...

I was just reading about the 3/5ths rule a couple of days ago.  Prior to the civil war it gave Virginia the greatest number of representatives in congress while having one of the lowest populations of eligible voters.  So yeah, oligarchs.
