you think wrong brotha.

the state has follow up requirements that must be met. you know this. we all know this. you are not going to vote in CA. unless you are admitting to commiting voter fraud to prove voter fraud happens.

even tho its been proven its like a .00001% of actual votes. have fun breaking the law to prove that no one is breaking the law except you:ilold:

But voter fraud is fun. It's like speeding 70 miles a hour in a school zone at night. Come join us in voter fraud its the gateway crime to the alt right party.

It's a crime with zero monetary value . You commit voter fraud , take a huge risk and go home just as broke were before .
Then there's the idea people are paying people to vote for them . So you're paying money to commit a crime, being involved in a conspiracy  and getting no money in return  . Who actually that dumb ?

What follow up requirements? Can you link or screenshot the follow up process?

In this case I'm homeless living at a basketball court. Is a poll worker going to show up and identify everyone at the court to try to verify a Jose Rodriguez lives there? Might get lucky.

I'm already registered 15 days ahead of the election, that's enough time for my "unique identifier" to be on the county's list. Therefore, all I need to do to vote in an LA or California election is show up and say my fake name and the registration number. I believe I would get a real ballot, not a provisional ballot.

Hypothetically I could show up at the next presidential election, say my fake name, registration number, and bring a forged bank statement. Are they going to call the bank and ask them if I actually have an account? What if I show up to the polls after banking hours?

Or a paycheck... could do campaign work for newscum, gig work, or have your buddy's LLC print you a paycheck with that name on it. Are they gonna call up the business and ask them for that employee's SSN or something?

They might try to verify things, but check out line (b) of California's id verification regulation:
Quote:
(b) This section shall be liberally construed to permit voters and new registrants to cast a regular ballot. Any doubt as to the sufficiency of proof or a document presented shall be resolved in favor of permitting the voter or new registrant to cast a regular ballot.

(c) If a voter or new registrant does not present proof or a document that complies with this section, then the voter or new registrant shall be advised by the poll worker or other election official with whom the voter or new registrant is conferring that he or she may vote a provisional ballot and the voter or new registrant shall be permitted to do so.

https://elections.cdn.sos.ca.gov/regulations/hava_id_regs_from_barclays_3_3_06.pdf

My interpretation of that is as long as you bring a forged paycheck or bank statement, they're not going to verify shit as long as it looks legit. And if they have doubts but can't reach the bank or business, the regulations tell them to give me a regular ballot anyway. Only people that show up without a needed document would get a provisional ballot.

And once I've federally voted once, I could vote forever without anything other than the name and unique identifier, no more ID required.

How can they possibly prove that isn't happening more than 0.00001% of the time?

And stealing someone's vote seems completely possible. If I know a person that is registered and voted federally before and where they live, I could use that information to get a ballot since they wouldn't be required to show ID. Sure you have to sign the book, but they're not doing real-time signature verification, so that ballot is getting counted.

Yea I noticed that wording but it's what the registration FAQ linked me to. Figured it must be poor choice of word

What happens if they also vote ? Wouldn't you have to do that thousands of times to affect an election ?
How are you going to pull off thousands of acts of voter fraud ?

By paying the poll worker and the watchers to add votes at the end.  But the point isn't to "rigg" the election its for the fun.

Idk, but you could pick someone that moved out of CA and vote perpetually for them.

And I agree small acts of fraud like this wouldn't affect much, and I doubt campaigns are bussing in tens of thousands of people to commit fraud in person.

The only way I can see large scale fraud happening is with mail-in ballots. Probably why republicans hate them. My state has voter ID so mail in ballots don't seem like a big deal, because you have to give multiple ID's to register. But with how relaxed CA's registration is, there's probably ways for mass fraud. I think I read something about stapling a copy of your document to the mail-in ballot. But idk I haven't looked into that.

You can sign a happy face in the name blank on a california mail in ballot and it will still be legit, as far as I know.
