dude....incubator is just a fancy word of saying a small closed space with humidity!!! get a styrofoam cooler and put some perlite at the bottom with some warm water. place your jars on top of that and wait!!! its fast enough! no need to pay $43098246097 for some machine thats gonna make your jars 1 day faster.

i got the heat i need though i also have an ultra sonic humidifier on hand for my terrarium, should i just be using a low amount of that now for the draw that im keeping my jars in , this way i wont have to get a cooler or anythin?

The humidity of the room really isn't going to affect the contents of your jars during colonization. Nuless maybe if you are living in the middle of the desert. One of my elves has no problem with colonization in a room with 25% humidity. You do have lids on them, right?

It's when you birth the cakes that the humidity factors kick in.

I have noticed low humidity affects jars that use glass filters. Easily solvable by the tubbyware method, either one or two, and or putting tapeacross part of the filter on the lid. For a good description of the two tubbyware method read Bluhoney's tec that she posted a day or so ago.
