There have been quite a few threads on this subject. You should do a search. The general consensus was that the cheap humidity guages are useless in the high humidity ranges. If you want one that will perform accurately up to 99%, you will probably have to spend hundreds of dollars. Most growers agree that the condensation on the side of the terrarium is enough to guage the humidity level for our purposes.

I agree with vorpal that almost all gauges can't handle to the high humidity. Digital are definately out of the question because they will currode inside. This hygometer looks pretty good to me although I do not own it.
