My mom tried to raise us with traditional Chinese values and I got a tattoo at 16 and she acted like a part of her died.  BUT!,

I’ve never completely understood why someone would block anyone. I mean, outside of them just being a total fucking asshole with nothing to contribute to society. I like to know who hates me. I’ve never been afraid of confrontation but I also try to make peace when possible.

I’m also an idiot, so there’s that…which is nice.

The decline of western civilization. I always go back to that one to remind me of where I came from and where I don’t necessarily want to end up. But there is a really cool hardcore documentary I watched not too long ago. I’ll try to get the name of it.

My cousin’s husband was a surgeon and used to go to surgeries buzzed on booze. He was drunk and giving me shit about my first tattoo and I had to corner him and threaten to whoop his ass if he didn’t let up. He backed off and my relationship with my family has been strained ever since. This all happened at a Christmas dinner party. It’s fucking weird how the world works.
