they are baffled for extra agitation in hopes to induce some form of parasexuality or mitotic crossing over (genetic exchange outside of the normal sexual cycle)

does this actually exist? probably.. it does in other heterothallic basidiomycetes. you could imagine whats going on in fahts crossing thread as a form of di-mon or lucky mon-mon mating or you could possibly point towards a parasexual phenomena going on

the flasks are actually trypsinizing flasks used to break down cells with trypsin but they are baffled to help with that

These things exist. Some are autoclaveable.. Theyre fucking expensive... needleless valves. Can use them on jars of sterile water or lc. Push syringe onto it and the silicone valve opens up. Remove the syringe and it closes up.

Can you post a link? I need some of those.  I bought a few claiming to be autoclaveable but with all the fake crap on scamazon they all werent autoclaveable.  Need autoclaveable caps too

I was given them from a retired surgeon. I dont have a link.

Theres "purple" but still clear ones that I have been able to autoclave, the clear ones however have melted.

Send me a DM so I dont forget about this, and I can check the packageing later for you.

Edit: the first pic is the purple, the ones im holding are clear and can melt.

Check if you have a local medical supplier, I find it much easier to get them to supply medical grade rather than chinglish grade.

The purple ones Ive used as well. They melted for me.  Im only running em at 15psi for 20 min.  Had a bunch of pippetes do the same when the instructions explicitly say 15 psi for 20 min and then you get fumed out with melting plastic gas and a nasty mess to clean up
