Hey guys it's 8 oclock Eastern Standard time and 60 Minutes just started on CBS
they will have a segment on the surviving members of the Dead
i saw Phil and Bob playing down on Haight-Ashbury and Phil talking about how crushed he was over Jerry's heroin use
I don't know whether or not anyone was aware that this segment would air, but i thought i would bring it to the pub's attention

it was alright, a little too focused on the BS commercial side of things. was hoping for a little more music little less interviewing BS.

I thought it was pretty damn good for CBS, actually I thought it was great for them. Glad I just happened to be at a friends in front of the TV when he was flipping channels or I'd of never seen it.

Yeah I heard about it awile back, everything I seen on there was from last summer's Getaway. I've actually seen the footage of them on the Haight but never the entire segment.

i didn't get to watch it as we were engulfed in a huge thunderstorm around that time and my roomate was scared to turn on his tv
if you guys say it is a repeat, maybe i will be lucky enough to catch it again
