Temps are about 78 and the humidity is about 85-90%.

I took a PF cake that was fully colinize and spawned it with some horse compost.

Thanks, I can't find any answers on the net.

no problem. pan trops is my fav. species to grow because they do not require that much attn as people think they do. they grow fine by themselves if environment is good. once you see pins remember to increase humidity and temperature a little bit for faster grrowth. good luck
